Introduction

Welcome to my photography pages. I hereby invite you to take a look at my photographs. These photos were taken in several - mostly Northern and Western - European countries and in Canada.
Apart from the (stock)photography on this website, I am also available for product-, portrait- or commercial photography assignments. If you look for something that you can not find on this website, whether it be stock or assignment, please do not hesitate to contact me: I may very well be able to help you.
I have combined a great deal of my photographical work with the joy of traveling. Therefore you may also find information on some of the regions where the photos were taken.

All photos were taken by me, using 35mm and digital Nikon, 6x6 Mamiya and 4x5" Sinar equipment on (for well over 90%) professional slide film.

In Europe, I like to go to Scandinavia and Great Britain. Over the past  years I have been there a great many times: on the motorbike through Sweden, sailing on the famous Norwegian Hurtigrute (using a crane to get my Landrover on board!), winter in Finland, hiking in Wales, frozen Iceland, short visits to Denmark, enjoying the afternoon teas in England and about everything else in Scotland and the charming Channel Islands. Canada has proven to be my main source for wildlife photos and is a huge inspiration for nature and landscapes.

With these photos, I would like to take you on a pictorial journey through all of these beautiful, ever-changing and always inspiring, places. Return to this page frequently, and you may find new pictures. Go ahead, have a look.
